With over a decade in his field, Lawrence recently decided to start his own leadership advisory business. This was my first project with a more masculine style and it was so much fun to branch out a bit! The overall style I pulled from his answers to my questionnaire was 'Sophisticated Grit.' Think concrete floors, leather seats, and industrial accents with a hint of luxury.
